Services

Truth Capital Services provides credit consulting and document-preparation assistance. We are not a law firm, not a credit bureau, and not affiliated with any government agency.

Fees & Cancellation

Fees are described on our pricing page. You may cancel your contract in writing within 3 business days of signing at no cost. Otherwise, you may cancel at any time effective the next billing cycle.

Guarantee

The $200 guarantee applies only when fewer than 2 negative items are removed in the first 30 days of active enrollment AND you have submitted all requested documentation on time. The guarantee is not a full refund.

No guarantee of results

Individual results vary. We make no representation or warranty of a specific credit score increase or removal of any specific item.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
